We will be closed if there is a Level 2 or Level 3 emergency.
If there is a Level 2 or Level 3 emergency at the time of opening (10am), the Library will be closed for the day.
Whenever there is a Level 1 emergency or other weather-related situation, patrons are advised to call the Library @ (419) 288-2708 to make sure we are open.
Children's programs may be cancelled if Elmwood School is closed due to inclement weather.
Exceptions will be made if the weather has improved significantly by 12 noon. Please call or check out Facebook page for program cancellations.
